Diego de Lemos
Esther Teixero Lemos is considered THE pioneer of organic viticulture in the Ribeira Sacra region of Galicia. For more than 20 years, she and her sons have been farming their five hectare estate using only organic growing practices. This is especially important in a region of steep, terraced hillside vineyards where most of the weed-management is done with chemicals. The results are exquisite, where the wines show richness and excellent flavor definition.
